  • Booking and Payments

      A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit as agreed upon during initial consultations.

      The Client agrees to pay all fees as outlined in the contract. Payments are to be made according to the payment schedule provided. Failure to adhere to this schedule may result in the cancellation of services.

    • Final Payment:

  • Cancellations and Refunds

      The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the event unless caused by the direct negligence of the Company.

  • Event Changes
    • Minor Changes:

      Minor changes to the event details (e.g., schedule adjustments, decoration modifications) must be communicated in writing at least [specify number] days before the event.

  • Confidentiality

      The Company agrees to keep all personal and sensitive information provided by the Client confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the Client's consent.

  • Dispute Resolution

      In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

    • Arbitration:
